THE SEX WORKER: Tell us who you are.
My name is Seth Cain. I’m a content creator on OnlyFans and one of the newest CockyBoys. And a lot of other stuff which isn’t relevant.
When we met months ago you talked a little bit about your origin story for how sex and money starting crossing in your life more overtly.
That’s a great question. I think in the beginning what really started at least put me on the path towards whatever I’ve become today is just exploring intimacy with with friends who create—friends who are photographers, who have taken my photos, kind of just really becoming comfortable in my skin in front of the camera and then realizing that I liked that. It was liberating. It was a way for me to express myself even if I wasn’t behind the camera but in front of it. That eventually translated to taking a little bit more risque photos, then posting those online. As you can imagine, they were pretty well received. That was pretty affirming. But, also, there’s so much power in that kind of affirmation because it feels (and it still is) revolutionary in a way. Most of society views the nude human body as taboo. Which I don’t understand and have never understood. But that has become, increasingly, a driving force for me. Also, of course, there is the question of money. As for everybody else, COVID was not benevelont to me.
What were you doing for money mainly before OnlyFans?
